"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from r-gol and ended up having to return the item. The return process itself was fine, nothing too complicated, but the refund took much longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was that there was basically no follow-up, so I had to keep checking myself to see what was going on. It’s not the worst shop I’ve used, but they really need to improve their refund speed and communication.

I went on r-gol.com kind of on a whim it was a smooth experience. The site loaded fast, and I found the boots I wanted without having to click through a million pages, which was a relief. The filters actually worked well, checkout was straightforward, and I never felt confused or stuck. Nothing overcomplicated, just a simple and easy shopping experience, exactly what I needed.

"Late delivery, generic apology"
My order showed up later than expected, which was annoying. The tracking did work fine, so at least I could see where it was, but the delay still wasn’t great. What bugged me more was the canned apology afterward—it felt like one of those copy-paste responses that doesn’t really address anything.

"Good shop with a handy loyalty program!!!"
I mostly use r-gol for football boots and the odd bit of training gear, and it’s been a good experience!!! The loyalty program is actually useful too, not just one of those pointless things that sounds better than it is!!! You earn points from your orders and can use them later, which definitely makes the bigger purchases hurt a little less. Prices are decent as well!!! The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rewards could be explained a bit more clearly sometimes. But overall, it’s a nice shop and I’ll definitely be ordering again!!!

"Customer service could be a lot better"
I had a frustrating experience with customer service. I asked what I thought was a simple question, but the replies were short and didn’t really solve anything. It felt like they were just trying to end the conversation instead of actually helping. I can imagine other customers would feel the same way if they ran into an issue. I wouldn’t be in a rush to use them again.

I usually stick with my go-to brand because I’ve had good luck with them over the years, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying something else. But this was a smooth experience. The stock was good, everything was easy to find, and there wasn’t any hassle. I’m still loyal to my usual brand, but this definitely made me consider switching things up more often.

I ordered a pair of football boots from R-Gol and they look totally legit to me!!! The box and tags all seemed fine, and everything looked 100% original. Delivery did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end!!! Overall, happy with the order!!!

I liked that the sizes were laid out clearly too, because I always end up double-checking tiny details like whether a boot runs narrow or if a kit size looks slightly different. Comparing everything was easy, so I didn’t spend ages trying to pick something...

"Pretty good support from what I saw"
I only had this one order issue, so I can’t say how they are every time, but my experience was decent. I sent a question about my order and they got back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, but the reply was polite and clear enough. I felt like they kept me updated, so I’d give them 4 stars.

"Medium Fits Way Too Small"

"Wish I felt better about ordering"
I was close to ordering from r-gol.com, but the more I looked around the site, the less comfortable I felt. Some of the information just wasn’t clear enough for me, and I kept wondering what would happen if there was a problem with my order.
I kind of regret that it didn’t feel more trustworthy, because I would’ve liked to give it a try. Maybe other people have had a smooth experience, but I didn’t want to risk ending up chasing support or worrying about getting my money back.
